San Rossore’s Park represents the most important natural reserve of the Tuscan coastline; it has an extension of 24.000 hectares among Pisa and Lucca.
The Park covers the coastal zone between Livorno, its southern limit, and Lucca, its northern limit, and it reachs mount Quiesa in the hinterland.
In addition to the beauty and the variety of natural environments of the park, in the surroundings there are also the most famous locations of the Tuscan coastline: Viareggio, Forte
